Is it possible to treat Vitiligo ?

When the first results appear ?
Following the dosage recommended, and depending the type of vitiligo, VitiDerm® may gives firsts repigmentation results during the first months of use. Vitiliginous areas are weakened, the sun should be avoided. Apply a sunscreen. In contrast, exposure to radiation when it is slightly in favor of repigmentation. Follow your Dermatologist's recommendations.

Type of vitiligo :

Trichrome vitiligo :
with lesions shaped badge, with a central depigmented (without pigment melanin), usually surrounded by a hyperpigmented halo (with a lot of pigment melanin), followed by a depigmented area.

Vitiligo spotted :
characterized by small pigmented areas centered on a hair, surrounded by a task without pigments. Focal vitiligo (when the tasks are located on one area of the skin), segmental (area corresponding to the path of a nerve root) or universal (generalized to the entire body). In some individuals, vitiligo can affect the extremities and around the mouth.

Can I sunbathe ?

How and where to apply VitiDerm® ?
VitiDerm® must be applied twice a day on a clean and dry skin. VitiDerm can be applied to all parts of the body including the genitals. Follow your Dermatologist's recommendations.
